  Very sad with the lack of communication and professionalism. We brought our van in because it was stalling out while driving. We even indicated that if we couldn't get it fixed, we would be looking into a new vehicle because we didn't feel safe driving our family in it. Knowing the possibility of having a new customer looking for something new in the very near future, not only was the professionalism lacking, but the communication was well. I would think they would have invested some more time into helping us out...at least feeling valued so that we stayed local to purchase the new vehicle. Instead, we were told they couldn't find anything wrong with the van and handed us our keys while adding, "I wouldn't feel safe putting my family in the van either." The icing on the cake was when we walked out, another customer we do not know said, "I understand your frustration. I have never received quality service or communication here. I am only hear because I lease my vehicle and they are the closest service provider." Disappointed that while we want to keep business locally, we feel we have to look somewhere else for our new vehicle purchase.
  
  In response: I realize our experience is only ours, but I see others reviews with similar issues regarding the service department. They have all been very nice to talk to, but not helpful....and you even said, my wife has had to contact you several times. In all my experiences, it was a service department contacting me to keep me informed. Not the other way. Yes, I realize this issue is larger than just Siemans, but it has been a frustrating experience.
